Hi-Tech Wealth markets and sells its products through a multi-platform distribution network: TV direct response and land distribution channel supplemented by on line sales platform. The multi-platform sales channels have not only maximized the total sales power, but also strengthened each other's effectiveness. Hi-Tech Wealth has allied with the largest TV direct sales operator in China. TV direct response has created product awareness and brand enhancement while enabling consumers to directly purchase products at home. Currently, its commercials and infomercials are broadcast on 3 nationwide CCTV channels, 19 national satellite TV channels, 5 international satellite channels operating in China and 10 local channels, with total airtime aggregating approximately 200 hours per month. On ground retail sales are fueled by product awareness generated through direct response TV. Consumers exposed to TV advertising can purchase HTW products through about 900 exclusive distributors extending across all PRC provinces covering more than 500 cities and reaching over 4000 retail stores. Exclusive distributors have the exclusive right to sell within their assigned territories, and are also responsible for local advertising while benefiting from the national advertisement and sponsorship provided by Hi-Tech Wealth. The small area exclusive distribution system has not only encouraged distributors to focus and invest on their own territories, but also avoided fierce price war in any territory if there is more than one distributor.
