Beijing Shenwu Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shenwu www.shenwu.com.cn/) was established in 1995. During the recent decade, Shenwu has always devoted to study and promotion for energy-saving combustion technology of fossil fuels (coal, petroleum, natural gas, etc.), relying on the patented technologies with independent intellectual property right and self-owned funds. The annual sales revenue has increased from 700,000 Yuan in 1995 up to 1.05 billion Yuan in 2005, and the total asset has risen from less than 200,000 Yuan in 1995 up to 350 million Yuan in 2005. The regenerative energy-conservation reheating furnaces put into production have amounted to above 200. These reheating furnaces can not only economize more than 30% energy, but also reduce over 30% emission of harmful gases, such as CO2. We have kept the first place in China among promotion and utilization enterprises for regenerative energy-saving combustion technology for many years. Shenwu¡¯s progress on research and utilization for regenerative burner technology has attracted more and more attention from domestic and overseas similar companies. Presently, Shenwu possesses over 650 employees in technology, design, manufacturing and management. Located in the newly-built industrial zone, Cangping S & T Zone, Zhongguancun Science & Technology Park, Beijing with the total investment of more than 100 million Yuan, Shenwu has a 12000m2 manufacturing base, a 6000m2 design building and a 3000m2 R & D laboratory. All these makes Shenwu become a member of several high-tech enterprises with large-scale & integrative design, production and scientific research base. Nowadays, Shenwu has become No. 1 in China among similar companies concerning talent scale, annual sales revenue, utilization achievements, technological innovation results, brand popularity and so forth.

 

Dr. Wu Daohong, president of BOD, is a young combustion technology expert in China. For years, under the leadership of Dr. Wu, Shenwu has persistently innovated and increased investment for scientific research and technical talents. Most of our developed energy-saving combustion and industrial furnace technologies are domestically pioneering and internationally leading. Since 1999, Dr. Wu has firstly adopted regenerative HTAC technology principle, invented and advocated regenerative burner technology in China. His actions are approved by a large number of high energy-consumption enterprises and guide the development direction for regenerative energy-conservation combustion technology in China. Before 2000, China adopted passage-type and external-hang cabinet regenerative reheating furnaces for HTAC technology. For six years from 2000 to 2006, under the advocacy of Dr. Wu, regenerative burner reheating furnace has accounted for 90% or more among various reheating furnaces around China. In other words, to adopt regenerative burners and realize high efficiency and energy conservation has become a mainstream development trend of internal and external HTAC technologies.

 

Depending on the sustainable development strategy of ¡°Population, Resource & Environment¡±, Shenwu continues to innovate, make persistent effort and turn over a new leaf in research, development and industrialization promotion and utilization for high-efficient, high-quality, energy-saving and environment-friendly WDH and HTAC technologies in order to provide advanced, energy-saving and environment-friendly techniques and products, decrease emission of harmful gases, such as CO2, oxynitride, etc. We will continue making our contribution to the energy-conservation and environmental-protection career around the globe.
