Service Guide for the New Enterprises Having Received the Certificates of Business

Enterprises of various kinds, after receiving their respective certificates of business, shall complete the following procedures:

1. With the Certificate of Business, the enterprise shall go to the Special Action Division of the Haidian District Public Security Sub-bureau (Room 108 of the same building) to complete procedures for carving the seal of the enterprise.

Tel: 62523778. After the seal is carved, the enterprise can go through other procedures.

2. With the copy of the Certificate of Business and 40 yuan cash, the enterprise shall go to the Haidian District Local Tax Registration Station (Room 103 of the same building) to complete procedures for the registration of local taxes within 30 days of the date of issuance of the Certificate of Business. Delayed registration shall be fined accordingly.

3. An enterprise that is engaged in marketing, processing, manufacturing and repairing businesses shall, with the Certificate of Business, go to the Haidian District State Tax Bureau (Add: 22 Wanquan Road) to complete procedures for the registration of state taxes within 30 days of the date of issuance of the Certificate of Business. (The enterprise shall receive the registration form first).

4. With the Certificate of Business, the ID card of the legal person and the seal of the enterprises, the enterprise shall go to the Haidian District Technology Supervision Bureau (Add: 27A Beisihuan Xilu) to handle the procedures for the code of the enterprise.

5. With the Certificate of Business, the certificate of the deposit receipt, the certificate of the account opened in a bank, and the ID card, the legal representative of the enterprise shall go to the Fund Transfer Division of the Haidian District Industrial and commercial Bureau (Room 113 of the same building) to complete the procedures for fund transfer.

6. (1) The state administrative organs, social entities, enterprises and institutions, and individual industrial and commercial businesses shall hold the copies of the Certificate of Business; (2) the seal of the enterprise; (3) the copies of the codes of the organizational institutions; (4) the wage manual; (5) the enterprise that has a upper-level responsible department shall bring the approval document issued by the upper-level work unit; (6) the enterprise that has no upper-level responsible department and the private-owned enterprise shall bring the certificate of capital verification; and (7) the foreign-funded enterprises shall bring the approval certificates issued by the foreign trade and economic cooperation commission. After receiving the Certificate of Business, they shall all go to the Haidian District Statistical Bureau to complete the procedures for the registration of statistics and the joint examination of labor and wages.

7. With the copy of the Certificate of Business, the enterprise shall go to the Trademarks and Advertisements Division of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau on the fourth floor to receive the application form of the outside-door advertisements. After receiving the application form, the enterprise shall go to the city¡¯s appearance office and traffic detachment to complete the procedures for decorating the front gate of the enterprise and the inscribed board of the enterprise.

8. With the copy of the Certificate of Business, the enterprise shall go to the industrial and commercial bureau where it is located to register the enterprise for the record.
